The beautiful Cape Town facility has a swimming pool, set within in its private and manicured garden. Clients are encouraged to take part in guided meditation sessions and aerobics classes on a regular basis. As part of the therapeutic programme, clients are taken off site under the supervision of staff, to attend and orientate themselves with the support meetings of AA and NA that abound within Cape Town, ensuring that they are exposed to the essential elements of recovery in real life! In an effort to ensure that clients start to enjoy a more holistic experience of life, we also offer weekly walks along the Alphen Forest trails, and weekend outings that include picnics in the nearby Newlands and Tokai parks, indoor bowling and mini golf at one of the local clubs, or leisurely strolls along Muizenberg’s expansive and scenic beach.
